Responsibilities:
- Enhance service levels to boost customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, appointments, and networking.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary contact for catering/event inquiries.
- Ensure timely and courteous responses to all prospective clients.
- Coordinate and oversee catering/event sales and execution across the company.
- Plan and coordinate events, including menu selection, logistics, and staffing needs.
- Develop a comprehensive catering marketing plan and event planning service.
- Train the team on catering/event sales generation and execution.
- Supervise catering/event preparation, delivery, and setup.
- Collaborate with departments and restaurants to ensure seamless catering/event execution.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and customer feedback.
- Follow up with clients within 24 hours of the event completion.
