Job Description - Catering Sales Coordinator

Position Overview



World Wrapps is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for driving catering growth through ground marketing and direct outreach across the Bay Area. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, offices, schools, medical facilities, and community organizations to generate new catering accounts and increase direct-order catering sales. This is a highly proactive position that combines in-person outreach, relationship-building, creative sales strategies, and light data analysis to support catering growth across all six World Wrapps locations.



Compensation and Benefits




  • $23 per hour.

  • Performance bonus up to 10% of annual salary.

  • Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel between locations and client visits, in accordance with company policy.

  • 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) annually.

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - Employer contribution based on 100% for the employee and 50% for employee dependents on the company’s base health plan.

Key Responsibilities




  • Actively build catering sales by engaging directly with local businesses, offices, schools, medical facilities, and community partners.

  • Execute daily ground marketing efforts including in-person visits, drop-offs, tastings, and follow-ups.

  • Develop and implement creative outreach strategies to attract new catering clients.

  • Support initiatives to transition third-party catering customers to direct ordering channels. 

  • Assist with planning, managing, and executing catering outreach initiatives across all locations.

  • Track outreach activity and results to measure effectiveness and return on investment.

  • Support basic data analysis related to catering and overall sales trends.

  • Collaborate with store teams and marketing leadership to align promotions and
    messaging.

  • Represent the World Wrapps brand professionally and enthusiastically in the community.

  • Provide in-store support during peak lunch hours as needed.



Experience and Qualifications




  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience (food, hospitality, or local sales experience preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

  • Basic understanding of sales tracking, CRM tools, or reporting is a plus.

  • Comfortable driving throughout the Bay Area and visiting multiple locations.



Requirements




  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

  • Ability to lift and carry loads of 25–50 pounds.
