Our location at California Baptist University in Riverside, CA is currently looking to build our CATERING Team! 

Job Description:

Friendly, hospitable personality; able to work well with others in a team effort

Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

Able to communicate with clarity and confidence to each guest

Well-groomed appearance (clean and pressed uniform, good personal hygiene)

Strong time management and organizational skills

General food knowledge enabling the staff to communicate the ingredients in a dish

Basic knowledge of food allergens and food safety

Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures  

Basic catering and buffet line management knowledge

Strong physical stamina, lifting and carrying 30 lbs. or more and standing for periods of time

Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds.

Successful Candidates will be required to submit a copy of Valid Food Handlers Card.  

Clean driving record is preferred
