As a Catering Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will help ensure catering orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and with care while supporting daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package catering orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure orders are complete, organized, and ready on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized catering area.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth order execution.
• Support daily restaurant operations when not preparing catering orders.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for quality, food safety, and hospitality.

Availability & Scheduling Expectations:

• Maintain consistent and reliable availability.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on catering volume and restaurant needs.
• Be available for early morning shifts as catering orders require.
• Arrive on time and be prepared to work scheduled shifts.
• Understand that shifts will include both catering responsibilities and regular restaurant operations.
