Job Title: Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator
Location: U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii (Main Post Chapel & AMR Chapel)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Catholic religious education and community support activities

  • Prepare liturgical materials and Eucharistic elements for Mass services

  • Develop monthly calendars and weekly bulletins

  • Maintain Catholic community registration and sacramental records (AMS portal)

  • Support event coordination, publicity, and facility reservations

  • Track attendance and assist with quarterly AMS reports

  • Attend required meetings with chaplaincy leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (ministry-related preferred)

  • Catechetical Certification from AMS (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a military chapel or Catholic religious education setting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills
