We're looking for a creative and collaborative CBE Curriculum & Faculty Development Specialist to join our Academic Services team. In this role, you'll partner with faculty and academic leaders to design engaging, accessible, and high-quality competency-based curriculum that prepares students for success in today's workforce.

Compensation:$58,926.40/yr
What You'll Do
Design and develop competency-based curriculum aligned with course, program, and institutional outcomes.
Create engaging instructional materials including multimedia, interactive learning activities, assessments, infographics, and other educational resources.
Collaborate with faculty to build, revise, and enhance competency-based courses and learning pathways.
Coach and support faculty in implementing evidence-based teaching strategies and competency-based instructional models.
Develop and facilitate faculty workshops, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Ensure curriculum meets quality standards, accessibility requirements, and instructional best practices.
Research and recommend innovative instructional design methods and technologies.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, training, adult education, or a related field.
Certified (or willing to obtain certification) in the following programs:
C-BEN Foundations: Powering a Skills-First Society with Competency-Based Approaches
C-BEN Certificate: Designing Competency-Based Learning Solutions for Adults
Teaching or training experience preferred.
Knowledge of competency-based education (CBE) models and instructional best practices.
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Quality Matters certification, or the ability to obtain certification within two years of employment.
