We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling service appointments, providing estimates, and coordinating repairs with technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their needs


• Evaluate customer concerns and recommend appropriate services


• Schedule service appointments for customers


• Provide estimates and quotes for repairs


• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time and correctly


• Process payments and invoices


• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues


• Spend quality time building a professional relationship with the customer.


• Maintain a clean and organized service department

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an automotive service advisor preferred


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Strong customer service skills


• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work well in a team environment


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Proficient computer skills
