**Job Description: Dedicated Team Driver**

The position entails manual unloading of freight from trailers, utilizing rollers or physical labor, on a per-box basis. Key qualifications for this role include the ability to work in extreme temperatures and proficiency in navigating tight spaces and small lots via reverse maneuvers.

**Key Compensation Benefits**

* Average weekly earnings of $1850, comprised of mileage pay and a per-load bonus of $325 for hand unload services at all stops.

* Initial mileage pay rate of 80 cents per mile, with the potential for increased compensation based on performance.

* Membership in a dedicated team, with regular deliveries to locations within a 500-mile radius of the Ashley, IN distribution center, including IN, MI, IL, and OH.

**Work Schedule and Support**

* A 34-hour reset period is provided on a weekly basis, allowing for regular home time.

* Tenured staff are available for support, with 24/7 assistance provided as needed.

* Deliveries take place Monday through Friday, with Monday deliveries typically occurring on Sundays
