Job Highlights

• Account: Dedicated Discount Retailer Account
• Freight: Dry Van, 100% touch freight
• Unload: Box-by-box unload with rollers (physically demanding)
• Coverage: CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, ME (within ~1,066 miles of Windsor, CT)
• Home Time: Home weekly (not guaranteed every weekend)
• Parking: Secure parking for tractor/trailer required during home time.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 to $1,750 (for 1,500 miles & 5 loads)
• Top Pay: $2,200 to $2,400 weekly | Up to $104,000 annually
• Base Mileage Pay (Experience-Based): $0.53/miles $0.73/mile
• Unload Pay: $240 per unload
• Backhaul Pay: $105 per load
• NYC Borough Pay: $250 (pup trailers)
• Weekly Incentive: Extra $50 for full work week availability

Requirements

• Experience: CDL-A with 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding unloads
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service and patience required
• Secure tractor/trailer parking during home time
