Job Description - CDL A Driver

Description

Are you an experienced CDL driver who is comfortable with the East Coast? Vermeer All Roads in Garner, NC is searching for an OTR CDL A truck driver with a tanker endorsement. This role is responsible for transporting Vermeer equipment from MA to SC. Position will require an average of 1-2 overnights per week. This is a full time, benefits eligible position with a competitive hourly rate starting from $29-$32. Reach out today for an interview. Responsibilities:

Observe and follow safety procedures and DOT regulations
Secure equipment safely onto the trailer
Remain alert while operating the vehicle
Maintain a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations
Communicate effectively with employees and customers
All other duties as assigned.
