Job Description - CDL A Driver Dedicated With Weekly Home Time

$1000 Sign On Bonus
Drivers need 3 months of exp to qualify company drivers.
HOME WEEKLY! Drivers must have personal transportation to and from the DC weekly.

Restrictions
• Must live within 80 miles of Hickory, NC
• Must have personal transportation to and from the Distribution Center (DC) — trucks cannot be taken home
• Occasional Saturday loads required
• 50% of freight is live load/unload
• Night, weekend, and holiday work required based on route schedule
• Drivers averaging 1,550 miles and 3+ loads weekly typically earn $1,150–$1,200/week
• Annual earnings potential up to $60,000+

Job Details
• Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, but 50% live load/unload at customer locations
• Average Miles: 1,550 per week
• Stops: 3–5 per day (excluding first/last, $15 per stop paid)
• Home Time: Minimum weekly, with 34-hour resets typically starting Saturday and ending Monday
• Orientation: One-day classroom orientation, paid $100
• Delivery Area: NC, SC, GA, TN, PA, WV, VA, OH
• Equipment: Mix of Internationals, Freightliners, Kenworth, and Volvos

Key Requirements
• Strong customer service skills and patience
• Willingness to drive early mornings and throughout the day
• Must meet physical requirements and be able to complete multiple stops daily
