Job Description

We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly dedicated account based in Ridgefield, WA. This position offers steady freight, consistent schedules, and great earning potential. Ideal for drivers who enjoy combining driving with hands-on work, as this is a touch-freight role unloading dry freight with rollers.

Drivers typically run 2–4 loads per week, with 3–4 stops per load, keeping you moving and earning while still guaranteeing weekly home time.

Regional deliveries throughout:

• Washington

• Oregon

• Idaho

• Montana

• Utah

• Northern California

Schedule & Home Time

• 34-hour weekly reset

• Days off vary based on freight volume

• Holiday season: reduced time off is possible

• Non-peak times: additional time off may be available

• Both day and night shifts available (assigned based on freight demand)

Compensation

Hourly Pay Structure:

• 0–48 months: $29.00–$30.50 per hour

• 49–200 months: $31.00 per hour

• Safe & On-Time Bonus available

Equipment & Parking

• Drivers must have a safe, authorized location to park the truck if living 50+ miles from Ridgefield, WA
