Job Description - CDL A Driver Home Weekly w 1k bonus

Hiring professional CDL-A truck drivers to join our dedicated division. Run average of 1,700-1,800 miles/week including 3-10 stops per delivery. You will utilize electric pallet jacks on lift gate trailers including lanes in NC, SC, TN, KY and VA.
SChedule:

Drivers could either be on call or assigned routes
They dispatch Sun-Thur, Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat, dispatch times vary based on set weekly route. 1-2 layover routes possible per week. Dispatch times vary

Drivers must be comfortable with driving at night, Home daily for the most part. Handful of layover loads. Mondays, Sundays and Saturdays are light days

Driver will unload at stores using an electric pallet jack
30 unloads per week
5 routes with driver unload
8 stores requiring driver unload

Guaranteed weekly pay: $1,300, increasing to $1,500 after 12 months.

Annual Pay: $67,000 - $78,000
Paid two-day orientation. We pay $250 per day for orientation plus we pay for transportation, hotel room and 3 meals per day
Runs NC, SC, TN, KY and VA
Averages 1-2 layovers per week
Night Shift

Equipment: over 2018 and newer Kenworth’s and Freightliners. Sometimes there are in a box truck, it can be a 53” trailer with sleeper and they end up with a layover

Bonuses:

$1000 Sign on Bonus paid in $500 on first check and $500 after 60 days

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 21 years old
Minimum of 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Must be comfortable with night-time driving
Valid CDL A
DOT qualified
Must pass a comprehensive drug test
Satisfactory safety and employment history
