CDL A Drivers and Trainees Regional Routes No Touch Freight

We are seeking CDL-A drivers and recent trainees for regional reefer routes. Whether you are experienced or a recent graduate, this role offers consistent miles, competitive pay, and reliable home time every other week.

Compensation and Mileage

• Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500 depending on experience

• Average weekly miles: 2,100–2,300

• Freight: 100% no-touch, 60% drop & hook

• Bonuses: Up to $0.08 CPM monthly

Home Time and Orientation

• Home every other week with 34–48 hour reset

• Paid orientation: $300

Equipment and Comfort

• Automatic trucks 2020 or newer

• All trucks equipped with APU

• No slip seating – take your truck home

Paid Training for Recent Graduates

• Training pay: $650/week for 4–6 weeks

• Regional and OTR training routes

• Rider and dog allowed after training completion

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with valid CDL-A license

• No major violations in the last 10 years

• Recent grads must have 120+ training hours from accredited CDL school

• Must pass urine and hair drug screening
