• 50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload

• Average haul: 400 miles

• Flexible schedule with predictable patterns

Pay & Incentives

• Mileage pay: $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience

• Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,800

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $0.03 CPM Performance Bonus

• Paid detention, layover, and breakdown

Who We’re Looking For

• CDL A license, 21+ years old

• 3+ months recent tractor trailer experience (40ft+)

• Clean driving record | No recent DUI | No SAP
