CDL A Flatbed Driver Up To 1600 Weekly No Forced Dispatch

CDL A required with 1 year of recent OTR and 6 months flatbed experience. No SAP drivers or failed DOT tests accepted.

Drive flatbed and earn strong weekly pay with extended home time every few weeks. Assigned equipment, pet and rider friendly, and full benefits after 30 days.

Position Highlights:

• Freight: Flatbed | Steel and coils

• Load Type: 40–50% tarped

• Schedule: Out 2–3 weeks | Home 3–4 full days

• Equipment: New Freightliner Cascadia & KW T680

• Truck: Assigned | Single bunk | Pet & rider allowed day one

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,600

• Pay Structure: 27% of load revenue

• Tarping, Layover, Dock detention, Breakdown paid
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 total

  • $2,000 after 1 year

Requirements:

• CDL A and age 21+

• 1+ year of recent OTR (within last 5 years)

• 6+ months flatbed hauling steel/pipes

• Max 1 at-fault accident (last 3 years)

• Max 3 moving violations (last 3 years)

• Max 1 major violation

• Max 6 jobs in last 3 years (for bonus eligibility)

• No safety-related terminations

• Must pass DOT urine test

• No failed/refused drug tests ever
