CDL Local Truck Drivers Needed

Pay

• Weekly pay typically $1,350–$1,400+
• Pay rate: $0.56–$0.61 CPM
• Monthly bonus incentives available

 Position Overview

• Local runs based out of Indianapolis, IN
• Home every day
• Day and night shift options
• No-touch freight
• Electric pallet jack used for deliveries
• Consistent loads and dependable routes

Equipment

• Newer Freightliner trucks
• Sleeper cabs with refrigerator and double bunk
• Pet and rider policy available

Training Requirements

• Must have completed 120+ hours of CDL school training
• Entry-level drivers accepted with proper certification
• Paid orientation provided

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21
• Valid CDL Class A license
• No SAP drivers
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No major speeding violations (15+ mph over limit)
• No recent at-fault accidents
• Clean criminal history (last 7 years)
• Stable and verifiable work history
• Must pass background check and hair follicle drug test
• No DUI/DWI within the last 10 years
