Job Description - CDL A Regional Driver (Monday-Friday)

CDL A Regional Driver - $5k Sign On Bonus

Experienced CDL A drivers needed to fill regional lanes hauling auto parts through NE, KS, MO, CO, OK, and IA. Come join a team where your experience is rewarded with industry leading pay and benefits!


WHAT’S IMPORTANT TO YOU
Pay & Home Time
  • $75,000 to $78,000 average annual pay, with top earners making $95,000
  • Guaranteed weekly minimum $1,350
  • $5,000 sign on bonus paid in $1,000 increments every 30 days
  • Referral bonus program up to $5,000 for each qualified driver referred
  • Daytime routes layover two nights per week (home the next day), otherwise home daily
  • Nighttime routes are home daily

About the job
  • We are looking for daytime and nighttime drivers
  • Daytime primary schedule:
    • Monday-Friday
    • 10:00 AM-5:00 PM start times
    • Layover two nights per week, but you make it home the next day and otherwise you’re home daily
    • All deliveries are during the day while the stores are open
  • Nighttime primary schedule:
    • Monday-Friday
    • 7:00 PM-11:00 PM start times
    • No layovers! You make it home at the end of each shift
    • All unattended deliveries at night
  • Drivers will unload at stores using an electric pallet jack
  • Drivers may have returns to handle
  • Equipment includes 5-year-old or newer sleeper and straight trucks

WHAT WE REQUIRE
  • Class A CDL
  • Current hazmat endorsement
  • Minimum 21 years of age on date of hire
  • At least 12 months verifiable recent tractor-trailer experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • DOT qualified
  • Must pass comprehensive drug test
  • Satisfactory safety and employment history
  • Driver should live within a 90-mile radius of Salina, KS
