Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and distances traveled
• Adhere to all federal and state driving regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management about changes in routing or loads
• Assist in loading and unloading freight when necessary
• Ensure proper securement of cargo to prevent damage during transit
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly before or during trips

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of over-the-road driving experience
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy freight and perform physical tasks as required
