Pay & Bonuses

• $0.52–$0.56 CPM (based on experience) 

• Average weekly pay :$1200-$1700 
• Steady Miles: 2,300–3,000 miles per week (all miles paid)
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load and another $500 after 30 days
• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the second hour
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional $0.03 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, 
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• Minimum 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
