CDL Class A Driver - Kansas City

THIS POSITION IS BASED AT OUR KANSAS CITY, KS. TERMINAL BUT PROVIDES DELIVERY SERVICES TO THE ENTIRE KC METROPOLITAN AREA. DRIVERS MUST BE LEGALLY ABLE TO OPERATE A VEHICLE ACROSS STATE LINES (KANSAS, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, IOWA).

Typical work schedules could vary (as assigned weekly by the company) for this role are Monday- Saturday, Five- 8 hour shifts/ Four- 10 hour shifts, various day(s) off during the week. 

Due to rapid growth and expansion, Anderson Erickson Dairy is hiring SEVERAL route delivery drivers.  Potential driver candidates must have a good driving record with an emphasis on safety and FMCSA compliance.

The AE Distribution Employee will:

• Must have a valid and current Class A CDL


• Must have a personality that is customer focused


• Candidates are REQUIRED to communicate in ENGLISH (verbal, read, write). 


• Must demonstrate safe driving practices


• Must comply with all DOT regulations, company policies and procedures


• Start times can vary (depending on the route) from 10 PM- 4 AM.


• Sundays Off- Plus an additional one (1) day off during week (TBD- depending on route)


• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and be able to push/ pull heavy carts of product


• Must be detail oriented and learn and employ a system to efficiently organize and manage product loads


• Prioritize deliveries that meet the needs of our customers no matter the obstacles


• Demonstrate customer-focused professionalism in all interactions with customers and the general public


• Show enthusiasm for and commitment to the AE Brand
