Join the Starr team as a Motorcoach Safety Trainer based in Trenton, NJ, and play a vital role in upholding our reputation for excellence in safety and service. In this position, you’ll lead comprehensive CDL Class B motorcoach training, ensuring drivers meet the highest standards and stay compliant with all federal and state safety regulations.

About the Position

• Conduct training for newly hired drivers in accordance with Starr’s standards and industry best practices

• Provide refresher training to existing drivers on motorcoach safety procedures and protocols as needed

• Deliver CDL training both behind the wheel and in a classroom environment

• Demonstrate full knowledge of PA/NJ DMV CDL requirements for motorcoach drivers

• Understand and apply FMCSA Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) regulations

• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability for early mornings, mid-day shifts, and weekends
