CDL Driver

Summary:

Cibo Vita is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our growing logistics team. The driver will play a critical role in supporting daily operations by transporting finished goods between our Vreeland, Madison, and Taft facilities. This position requires a professional, punctual, and organized individual with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company-owned commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Transfer finished goods between Vreeland, Madison, and Taft locations to support production and distribution needs.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Load and unload pallets, secure cargo, and ensure proper handling of products.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse teams and dispatch for timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Follow all company safety protocols, traffic laws, and transportation policies.
• Support warehouse activities when not driving, as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B CDL license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Familiarity with palletized freight and warehouse environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack or forklift (preferred).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late afternoons.
• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
