CDL Driver

We are seeking dependable, professional, and experienced CDL Drivers to join our snow removal team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record


• Drug-free and able to pass required screenings


• Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience


• Prior experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products


• Experience supervising other laborers


• Skilled in training team members on site-specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols


• Comfortable navigating between job sites


• Able to communicate and interact professionally with clients and crew members

Position Details:

• On-call availability 24/7 during snow events


• Must be able to work long shifts and extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
