Position Summary:

As a Fluid Hauler, you will be responsible for hauling flowback and production water. This position is ideal for candidates who are responsible, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently while representing the company professionally on the road. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of driving experience as well as one year of water hauling experience. Those with less than a year's experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Operate a manual 18-speed
• Haul flowback, production water, and fresh water on production locations, fracs, coils, and drilling rigs
• Communicate with the general public and understand highway and traffic signs
• Completes and submits customer tickets to billing daily
• Follows all driving assignments throughout scheduled workdays
• Positions containers on customer's property as assigned by dispatch
• Communicates customer requests with dispatch

Required Qualifications: 

• Current CDL-A with tanker endorsement
• At least 1 year of driving experience
• At least 1 year of water hauling experience
• Must be able to operate a manual 18-speed
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus but not required
• Maintain a safe driving record per MVR
• Current Medical Card
• Positive work history and dependability
• Oilfield knowledge is a benefit, but not required

Company Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check to company standards.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical test and drug and alcohol screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a current and valid CDL. 
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Physical Requirements:

• 80%-90% of the time is spent sitting, driving, and communicating with dispatch.
• 10%-20% of the time will be spent climbing in and out of trucks, lifting up to 50 lbs, pulling up to 50 lbs, stepping over walls up to 3 feet, bending, reaching, kneeling and walking.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $22 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and/or certification.
