TA Services is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with at least 1 year of flatbed experience for regional routes based out of Midlothian, Texas. Routes include regular runs to Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas. Outbound freight is always pre-loaded, with many drop-and-hook opportunities. Return loads often include crushed cars or other scrap metal materials.

This role is ideal for drivers with a strong safety record and a clean MVR. TA Services utilizes Omnitracs and Samsara ELDs and Lytx drive cameras as part of our comprehensive safety program.

Shift: Full-time, regional driving position

• Home weekends and intermittently throughout the week
• Drop-and-hook, pre-loaded outbound freight

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A vehicles for regional deliveries; handle crushed cars and scrap metal return loads.
• Follow pre-planned regional routes with outbound pre-loaded freight and return hauls from customer sites.
• Operate under DOT safety standards; utilize Omnitracs/Samsara ELDs and Lytx drive cameras.
• Adhere to all company, federal, and state regulations; complete logs and inspections as required.
• Represent TA Services professionally; communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

Work Environment

• Primarily solo driving with flatbed loads
• Operating in a safety-focused and tech-equipped fleet
• Home regularly for rest and reset

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of OTR driving experience with a Class A CDL
• Must be able to drive Standard Shift
• At least 1 year of flatbed experience within the last 3 years
• Experience with ELD systems (Omnitracs, Samsara) and basic DOT logs/compliance

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years old
• No DWI/DUI on MVR in the past 3 years
• No more than one at-fault accident on MVR within the past 3 years
• Must pass pre-employment physical and DOT drug screen

Pay/Benefits/Perks

• $18-$20 an hour / $15 per drop. 
• Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
