CDL Driver-Class A

Job Description 

Pure's Food Specialties is a leading snack food manufacturer. The opportunity is for a Shuttle Driver with Class A CDL, moving and spotting trailers between locally owned manufacturing sites. No over the road, home daily with modern equipment

Responsibilities

· Transport finished goods and raw materials from manufacturing plants to distribution center

· Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues

· Spotting trailers at manufacturing and distributions sites

· Clean CDL driving record with 2 years of driving experience

· Adhere to traffic laws and DOT regulations

· Willing to submit to background check and drug testing

· Valid Class A CDL

· Ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety guidelines

· Understand and follow Food Safety Policies

Hours 

Tuesday - Saturday 1:00AM-9:00AM

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and leadership.
• Must have understanding of FDA guidelines and company policies.
• Basic math proficiency required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
