CDL-A Regional Truck Driver | Paid Training | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Home Weekly

Freight Type: 100% Touch Freight (Live Unload)
Experience: CDL-A with Doubles Endorsement Required
Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset (additional home time possible if based near Front Royal)
Hiring Area: Within 700 miles of the Front Royal Distribution Center

Pay & Bonus

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,725 for drivers running 1,500 miles and 3 loads

• Top 10% Drivers: Up to $2,200 weekly

• Mileage Pay (Experience-Based):

  • 0 months: $0.60 CPM

  • 12 months: $0.61 CPM

  • 24 months: $0.63 CPM

  • 36 months: $0.65 CPM

  • 48 months: $0.70 CPM

  • 60 months: $0.71 CPM

  • 84 months: $0.72 CPM

  • 120+ months: $0.73 CPM

• Unload Pay: $250 per trailer

• Weekly Incentive: $125 for completing 3 unloads

• Backhaul Pay: $35

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total

  • $500 after first load

  • $500 after 30 days (must be active & seated at payout)

• Training Pay: 1-week paid ride-along at $150/day (up to 5 days)

Job Highlights

• Dedicated account running out of Front Royal, VA

• Regional coverage area includes VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, MD, and WV (within 700 miles)

• Doubles drivers required must complete doubles training in Atlanta prior to activation

• 100% live unloads at Family Dollar stores

• 16 stops per trailer, minimum 3 loads per week

• Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned

• Home weekly for reset 80% of resets occur on weekends

• Hands-on work physically demanding but financially rewarding

• On-site support staff and 24/7 fleet management coverage

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with Doubles Endorsement

• Ability to handle manual freight unloads

• Must complete doubles training and orientation in Atlanta

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen

• Must be physically capable of unloading freight
