Location: Morehead, KY
Home Time: Weekly 34-Hour Reset
Freight Type: Dry Van | 100% Touch Freight (live unload, box-by-box using rollers)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience

Pay & Earnings

• True-Up Pay: $1,700 per week (after training, if compliant and available for dispatch)

• Top Weekly Pay: Up to $2,300

• Average Pay: $1,400-$1,700 weekly once trained

• Training Pay: $150/day for 1 week ride-along 

• Pay Type: Mileage + Unload + Stop Pay

Accessorial Pay

• Unload Pay: $245 per trailer

• Stop Pay: $25 per stop

• Backhaul Pay: $50

Job Details

• Home Weekly: 34-hour reset at home

• Freight: 100% touch freight, using rollers physically demanding unload

• Trailers: Dry Van, box-by-box unload

• Delivery Area: AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, WV

• Typical Schedule: Early morning start, 3 loads per week, 37 stops per load

• Tractors: Internationals, Freightliners, Kenworths

Requirements

• Must be physically capable of unloading freight (2,500+ cases per trailer)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Must be available for dispatch without service or attendance issues (True-Up eligible)

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Not a home-daily position
