CDL Truck Driver

Front-End Drivers operate front-end trucks that provide services to a variety of multi-family residential and commercial routes removing and transporting waste or recyclables in fulfillment of customer contracts. This position will service multiple customers per day according to assigned routes. The waste will then need to be transferred to the appropriate station, landfill or drop-off location.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Front-End Driver, you are the face of GFL in the Cloverdale community. You’ll operate high-quality front-load equipment to service commercial and residential customers, ensuring our neighborhoods stay clean and sustainable.

• Local Routes: Navigate assigned routes in and around Cloverdale—no long-distance hauling.

• Active Work: This is a hands-on role involving equipment operation, pre/post-trip inspections, and occasional maneuvering of containers.

• Safety First: We pride ourselves on a culture of safety. You'll follow strict LOTO (Lock Out/Tag Out) procedures and federal safety standards to ensure you and the community stay safe.

What You’ll Need

• License: A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

• Experience: At least 1 year of commercial driving experience or a certificate from an accredited CDL school.

• Physicality: Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs repetitively and enter/exit the cab frequently.

• Reliability: A commitment to safety, punctuality, and great customer service.
