We're hiring company drivers who live in Calexico, El Centro, Heber, Imperial and Brawley. If you have a fresh CDL and nobody will hire you without experience, we will.
How it starts
Orientation lasts up to 2 days and pays $300 once you're hired. We cover lodging and reimburse your bus ticket. Then you spend 3 to 5 weeks with a mentor driver, about 200–250 hours. You're paid $850 every week during training.
How it runs
After training you run solo in the states west of the Mississippi River. Most trips are 3 days or less, at 1,800–2,200 miles a week. You won't be sent to the East Coast unless you ask for it. Winter brings some mountain weather, and you'll be trained for it.
How you're paid
