We are hiring new Class A drivers in the Mon Valley and south Pittsburgh for a regional fleet built for CDL school graduates. Loads run out and back to Ohio, you are never far from home, and you take your 34-hour restart at home on the weekend. Drivers average $1,200 to $1,400 a week, and your first 3 months solo carry a $1,000 weekly minimum. You train with a mentor first and earn $650 a week while you learn. This seat is for new CDL holders.

You have the license. What you need now is a company that will put you in a truck, pay you while you learn, and not send you across the country on your first trip. That is this job.
Your runs go out and back to Ohio, with hubs in Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Erie, Louisville, Lexington and Indianapolis. You have a dedicated planner, there is plenty of freight, and short loads pay extra. Weekends are your reset at home, and holidays line up with your home time.

How it works
A recruiter calls and reviews your license and record. Orientation takes two days at most, with your hotel covered and your bus ticket paid back, and pays $300 once you are hired. Then you train 3 to 5 weeks with a mentor, about 200 to 250 hours, at $650 a week. Then you get your own assigned truck, automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old on average. Day, night and rotating shifts are part of the job, and winter weather is too.
Benefits after 30 days
