What You'll Get:

Weekly Home Time – Enjoy a standard 34-hour reset period at home every week (weekends not promised, but typically available).

Great Pay – $1,200 weekly average based on availability and drive time.

Steady Miles – Run around 2,000 miles per week, with an average haul length of around 300 miles.

No-Touch Freight – Transport 100% no-touch freight, split between drop & hook (50–60%) and live unloads (40–50%).

Safe Vehicle – Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths—both in good condition and designed for comfort.

24/7 Support – Get help at any time with 24/7 operations support.

Other Incentives and Benefits:

$1,000 Sign-On – $500 on your first load and an additional $500 after 30 days (active and seated).

Detention Pay – $12.50/hour after waiting 2 hours.

Breakdown & Layover Pay – $100/day if delayed.

Performance Bonus – Earn up to 3 CPM more for safety, miles, and productivity—eligible one month after hiring.

Driver Requirements:

Current CDL-A license

At least 3 months of current tractor-trailer experience

Pass a hair follicle drug test

Clean driving history and background check
