We’re hiring professional CDL-A drivers for regional runs between Texas and Oklahoma. Enjoy predictable home time, weekly pay, no-touch freight, and a supportive team that treats you with respect.

Position Highlights:

• Home Time: Out 5–7 days, 34-hour reset at home
• Routes: Eastern & Southern Texas + Oklahoma
• Freight: 100% No-Touch | 50% Drop & Hook
• Shifts: Night driving required
• Average Length of Haul: 400 miles

Earnings & Benefits:

• Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,800
• CPM Breakdown:
• $0.50 per mile (for drivers with under 2 years of experience)
• $0.58 per mile (for drivers with 2+ years)
• $0.16 CPM per diem (non-taxable)
• Miles Per Week: 2,500–2,800
• Performance Bonus: +$0.05 per mile for monthly benchmarks
• Orientation Pay: $500 paid orientation
• Benefits (After 60 Days): Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
• PTO: 1 week after 1 year
• Extras: Rider program (12+ years old), Pet-friendly (dogs/cats allowed)

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21y of age
• Must live within 75 miles of San Antonio, Dallas, Laredo, or Houston
• Experience Requirements (any of the following):
• 6+ months in the last 12 months
• 12+ months in the last 3 years
• 3+ years in the last 10 years
• Houston-based drivers must have:
• 2 years of experience in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 jobs in the last 2 years

Requirements:

• No more than 4 jobs in the past 2 years
• No rollovers or head-on collisions in the last 3 years
• No safety terminations in the past 3 years
• No speeding violations 15+ mph over limit in the last 12 months
• No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests ever
