CDL-A Drivers Wanted Southwest Regional Runs Out of Dallas!

Here's What You Can Expect:

Regular Home Time: Enjoy a regular 34-hour reset a week, allowing you a chance to recover at home (weekends are not promised but happen regularly).

Competitive Pay: Make an average of $1,200 per week, based on your availability and drive time.

Standard Mileage: Average of about 2,000 miles weekly, transporting freight mostly in the Southwest.

Freight Information: 100% no-touch freight with a combination of drop & hook (50–60%) and live unloads (40–50%).

High-End Trucks: You will drive Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths 2021 or newer, all in comfort and reliability condition.

24/7 Support: Whether day or night, our operations team is here to assist you 24/7.

Bonuses and Other Compensation

Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour if you've waited 2 or more hours.

Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 for each day that you're delayed.

Performance Bonus: Get up to 3 CPM added in your pay depending on your productivity, miles, and safety, from your first month of employment.

What We're Looking For:

A valid CDL-A license

Minimum of 3 months recent experience driving a tractor-trailer

Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test

An impeccable driving record and background check
