CDL-A Final Mile

Position Overview

CDL-A Flex Drivers serve as essential support team members, filling in for regular drivers during vacations, sick leave, and other absences. This entry-level position offers excellent exposure to various routes throughout our operation with opportunities for advancement to permanent route assignments as positions become available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload at auto parts stores using electric pallet jack
• May require returns

Pay Details: $1,600 with top performers earning up to $1,700

Exact Home Time: Daily

Load/Unload: Driver Unload Required

Lane Information: 66-mile radius of La Crosse, WI

Lanes: MN, WI, IA

Miles: 2663 miles/week with 11 stops

Schedule

• Day Time Primary Schedule: Monday-Friday, departure 10:00am 12:30pm
• Non-layover routes; driver home at end of shift
• Line haul with a few stores

Home Time

• The driver is home daily

Accessorial Pay:

• Stop Pay: $27
• Sign on Bonus $1,000

Requirements:

• Class A or B License
• Minimum 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Hazmat Endorsement
• No SAP
