Position Overview

CDL-A Flex Drivers serve as essential support team members, filling in for regular drivers during vacations, sick leave, and other absences. This entry-level position offers excellent exposure to various routes throughout our operation with opportunities for advancement to permanent route assignments as positions become available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload at auto parts stores using electric pallet jack
• May require returns

Pay Details: $1,450 minimum guaranteed weekly must work the full week to receive this guarantee.

Exact Home Time: 1 week driver will work 3 layovers a week, next week they will have 2 layovers a week.

Load/Unload: Driver Unload Required

Lane Information: 66-mile radius of Salina, KS

Lanes: NE, KS, MO, CO, OK, IA

Miles: 2,425-2,561 miles/week 35 stops

Schedule Nighttime Driver

• Primary Schedule: MON-FRI, departure 7:00pm-11:00pm
• Non-layover, home daily
• Overnight unattended delivery

Home Time

• Expect 2 layovers/week: otherwise home daily

Accessorial Pay:

• On Call: $100
• Stop Pay: $34
• Layover: $125
• New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 (paid in full on second paycheck)

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Hazmat Endorsement
• No SAP
