Now Hiring: Local CDL Drivers (No-Touch Freight)

Job Overview

• Home Daily
  (Very rare overnight hotel stays if needed)

• Freight: 100% No-Touch Refrigerated Freight

• Area: SC, NC, TN, and VA — all within 300 miles of  Walmart Henderson, NC 

• Miles: Average 1,250 miles per week

• Schedule:

  • Night shifts (Start between 10 PM – 2 AM)

  • Rotating schedule:

    • Work 6 days → 34-hour restart

    • Then work 5 days → 2 days off

  • Heavy freight days: Wednesday through Saturday

Requirements

• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the distribution center

• Must prioritize safety every day

• Must make sure customers acknowledge your arrival at delivery locations

• Must commit to working full schedule — includes nights, weekends, and holidays

• May run 1–3 routes per day with 1–3 stops per trip

• May occasionally take a 10-hour break on the road

Pay & Benefits

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200+

• Annual Potential: Up to $70,000

• Pay per Trip: Mileage Pay or Lane Minimum Pay — whichever is greater

• Stop Pay: $20 per stop

• Vacation Time:

  • 1 week after 1 year

  • 2 weeks after 3 years

  • 3 weeks after 7 years
