💰 Pay & Benefits

• Average Pay: $80,147+ per year
• Hourly Pay Increases: +$1/year up to $33.75/hr
• Overtime Pay: Starts at $44.63/hr (after 40 hours)
• Overtime Raises (based on tenure):
  • 1–2 years: $46.13/hr
  • 2–3 years: $47.63/hr
  • 3–4 years: $49.13/hr
  • 4+ years: $50.63/hr

📍 Job Overview

• Local deliveries using refrigerated (reefer) trailers
• Routes from Boardman, OR → WA & OR locations
• Average 1,800 miles per week
• No-touch freight (customer unloads)
• Some yard moves/spotting trailers required

📦 Delivery Areas

• Oregon: Hermiston, Boardman
• Washington: Pasco, Richland, Quincy, Warden, Wallula, Burbank, Grandview, Paterson

⏰ Schedule Details

• Sunday–Thursday
• 7:00 AM start time
• 9–10 hour shifts
• Holiday work may be required

🚚 Equipment

• Automatic day cabs
• Slip seating required
• Trucks remain on-site during time off

⚠️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 months CDL driving experience
• Must be able to:
  • Drive in mountain conditions (Cascades & Snoqualmie Pass)
  • Chain tires when required
  • Assist with port deliveries as needed

• 2-week training in Sumner, WA
• Travel reimbursed
