Local CDL-A Truck Driver | $1,300-$1,500 Weekly | 48-Hr Reset + Paid Training

Home Time: Home Daily Consistent 48-hour resets

Pay & Sign-On Bonus

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 after 90 days (with consistent attendance)

• Top Performers: Over $1,500 per week

• Pay by Experience:

  • 06 Months: $0.56 CPM

  • 6 mo-1 yr: $0.57 CPM

  • 1-2 yrs: $0.58 CPM

  • 2-3 yrs: $0.59 CPM

  • 3-5 yrs: $0.60 CPM

  • 5-7 yrs: $0.61 CPM

  • 7-10 yrs: $0.62 CPM

  • 10+ yrs: $0.63 CPM

• Mileage Bands (Minimum Pay): $40-$90 per short run, depending on distance

• Stop Pay: $20 per stop

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total

  • $250 after 1st load

  • $250 after 30 days

  • $250 after 60 days

  • $500 after 90 days

  • $250 after 120 days

  • $250 after 150 days

  • $750 after 180 days

Schedule & Home Time

• Start Times: Between noon and midnight (afternoon, night, weekend, and holiday shifts)

• Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off

• Routes: Approximately 1,600-1,700 miles per week (2 routes per day / 11-14-hour shifts)

• Home Time: Home every day with consistent 48-hour resets

• Note: Must have personal transportation to and from DC daily

Job Highlights

• Run local grocery freight to stores in VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV

• Mix of dry and refrigerated freight all no-touch freight

• Slip-seat operation with newer model day cabs

• 1 day of paid on-site training ($125)

• 3-4 paid ride-along at $50 each

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available (part-time: 11-29 hours per week, Fri-Sun nights)
