Position Details

• Earn $1,500+ per week with pay between $0.56–$0.64 CPM
• 2,200+ miles per week running OTR
• Home every 2 weeks (34-48 hours)
• 100% no-touch freight  Dry Van  Mostly drop & hook
• Late-model trucks with modern comforts
• Pet & rider policy for experienced drivers

We Take Care of Our Drivers

• Medical, dental, 401K & PTO (after 60 days)
• Paid orientation—earn $300 while you train

Who We’re Looking For

Recent CDL-A Graduates

• Minimum 120 hours of behind-the-wheel training from an accredited trucking school
• Willing to train OTR for 4-6 weeks
• Must have a stable work history with no major safety-related terminations

Experienced CDL-A Drivers

• 6+ months of verifiable OTR experience
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid CDL-A
• Clean safety record:
  • No preventable DOT accidents in the last 5 years
  • No DUI/DWI in a commercial vehicle in the last 5 years
  • No failed or refused drug/alcohol tests ever
• Strong work history with no safety-related terminations
