CDL-A OTR Team Truck Drivers Earn $115, 000 -$125, 000/Year

Our high-mileage OTR runs offer $115,000-$125,000 per driver annually with rates $0.81 CPM (split). Bring your skills, and we’ll provide the rewards!

What We Offer:

• Top Pay: $115,000 $-125.000 per driver annually
• Average weekly pay per driver: $2.400-$2.800
• High Miles: 6,000–7,000 miles per week for maximum earning potential.
• Rate per mile: $0.81 cpm
• Freight: Dry van 100% no-touch, 60% drop and hook.
• Schedule: 3 weeks out, with 1 day home per week out (up to 5 days max).
• Pet-Friendly: Pets welcome with pet insurance options!

Equipment:

• 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 automatics,
• Equipped with 1500–1800W inverters, GPS, and electronic logging.
• 100% assigned trucks—no slip seating, and take your truck home!

Job Requirements:

• At least 21 years old.
