This regional dry van position is built for drivers who want steady money without running coast to coast. You’ll stay in a defined operating area, run predictable lanes, and still earn top-tier weekly pay—without NYC, without chaos, and without touching freight.

The Run

• Dedicated regional-style operation
• Loads originate from Navarre, OH or Pendleton, IN
• Operating area includes:
• OH, MI, Western PA, Upstate NY (no NYC), VA, WV, KY, NC, IL, IN, Lower WI
• Typical schedule: 5.5 days out / 34-hour weekly reset (Weekends not guaranteed) 

Pay & Miles

• $1,500 weekly  average (top drivers earn $1,700+)
• $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on verified experience
• 2,200+ miles every week
• Annual earnings up to $78,000
• $2,500 sign-on bonus

Freight & Equipment

• 100% no-touch dry van
• Mix of drop & hook and live unload
• Late-model 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth tractors

Additional Pay

• Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
• Layover or breakdown: $100/day
• Performance bonus: up to +3 CPM
• Paid orientation

What You’ll Do

• Operate safely on dedicated regional lanes
• Handle drop & hook and live unload freight
• Complete inspections, logs, and trip planning
• Follow DOT and company safety standards

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3+ months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and road test
• Strong time management skills
