Job Highlights:

  Home Time: You'll be home every week for a 34-hour reset. While weekend home time isn't always guaranteed, it happens often.

  Steady Freight: You'll run routes mainly in the Southeast region. This helps keep your schedule easier to manage.

  Miles: You can expect to drive about 1,800 miles per week, depending on how much you're available to run.

  
  


• 
  

  Pay: Drivers usually make $1,000 to $1,100 per week (before taxes), depending on their hours and availability.

  
  


• 
  

  Freight Type: All freight is 100% no-touch. Around half is drop and hook, and the rest is live unload.

  
  

• 
  

  You'll drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth—well-kept and comfortable.

  You’ll have 24/7 support from our operations team. We’re here whenever you need help.

  
  

• 
  

  Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours of waiting

  
  


• 
  

  Layover or Breakdown Pay: $100 per day if you're delayed

  
  


• 
  

  Performance Bonus: You can earn up to 3 extra cents per mile, based on how safely and efficiently you drive. This starts the month after you're hired.

  1 week off after 1 year

  
  


• 
  

  2 weeks after 3 years

  3 weeks after 7 years

  
  


• 
  

  4 weeks after 15 years
