What to Expect:

Home Time: You will have at least 34-hour reset time at home each week to manage work and life. (Weekends are not guaranteed but usually available.)

Steady Miles: Drivers typically drive 2,000 miles per week, focusing on sane routes across the Southwest.

Good Pay: $1,200 average gross weekly pay, subject to hours and availability.

Freight: You will have 100% no-touch freight, with about 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unloads.

Route Distance: Average loads are about 300 miles, which is steady and consistent.

Equipment: Drive newer 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth trucks that are in good condition for your comfort.

Support: Feel secure with 24/7 access to operations support whenever you need it.

Bonuses and Further Compensation:

Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour for waiting beyond the first two hours.

Layover and Breakdown Pay: $100 per day if delayed.

Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 cents more for every mile, based on your safety, miles, and productivity starting the month you come onboard.

Requirements:

Active CDL-A license

Minimum of 3 months recent tractor-trailer driving experience

Pass a hair follicle drug test

Clean driver's history and background check
