• Focused Regional Freight: Routes designed within specific Southeast regions to ensure consistent home time and manageable drives.
• Solid Weekly Miles: Expect to run about 1,800 miles per week, depending on Hours of Service and availability.
• Competitive Pay: Gross pay between $1,000 and $1,100 weekly.
• Freight Details: 100% no-touch freight with a balanced mix of 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unloads.
• Trip Planning: Strong trip planning skills are essential for success in this fleet.
• Modern Equipment: Drive late-model 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth trucks.
• 24/7 Support: Access operations help any time you need it, day or night.

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after two hours of waiting.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day if you face delays.
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 cents per mile extra for safety, mileage, and productivity starting the first month after hire.

• Bonuses may be modified or canceled with proper notice.
• Employment remains at-will, so either party can end the relationship at any time.
• Must be an active driver at the time bonuses are paid.
