Job Description - CDL-A Regional Position Out 2 Weeks Grads Welcome to Apply

This regional opportunity offers a stable schedule, consistent freight, and weekly pay you can rely on. Drivers stay out for two weeks at a time, running steady miles with a mix of drop & hook and live freight. Both recent CDL graduates and experienced Class A drivers are welcome.

Pay, Incentives, and Benefits

  • Weekly earnings average around $1,500
  • $15 paid for every stop
  • Detention, breakdown, and stop pay included
  • Medical dental vision prescription and 401(k) available after 30 days
  • Paid time off becomes available after one year
  • Rider and pet programs begin once solo status is reached

Miles and Daily Work

  • Regional routes with consistent weekly flow
  • About 2,000 miles per week
  • Freight mix includes drop & hook live load and live unload
  • Assigned automatic tractors

Home Time and Schedule Options

  • Two weeks on the road followed by two full days at home
  • Both day and night schedules are available depending on lane needs

Requirements to Qualify

  • Valid Class A CDL and minimum age 21
  • Recent CDL school graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experienced drivers need at least 6 months of recent verifiable OTR
  • Clean MVR and PSP required
  • No DUI or DWI in the last 5 years
  • DOT physical and drug screening required
