Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset, usually on weekends)
Hiring Area: Within regional lanes covering the Midwest and Central U.S.
Freight Type: Dry Van 100% Touch Freight (store delivery, unload required)
Experience Level: CDL-A with verified driving experience

Pay & Incentives

• Mileage Pay (Based on Verified Experience):

  • 06 months: $0.70 CPM

  • 612 months: $0.71 CPM

  • 1218 months: $0.72 CPM

  • 1824 months: $0.73 CPM

  • 2436 months: $0.74 CPM

  • 3648 months: $0.75 CPM

  • 4860 months: $0.76 CPM

  • 6072 months: $0.77 CPM

  • 7284 months: $0.78 CPM

  • 8496 months: $0.79 CPM

  • 96+ months: $0.80 CPM

• Unload Pay: $240 per load

• Stop Pay: $25 per stop

• Backhaul Pay: $50

• Average Weekly Gross: $2,000+ (based on 1,800 miles and 4 loads)

• Average Take-Home Pay: ~$1,400 weekly after tax

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

  • $500 after first load

  • $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated)

• Ride-Along Training: 1 week paid at $150/day

• 100% touch freight manual unload required (financially rewarding + excellent exercise)

• Assigned equipment: Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths

• Drivers must have secure parking for truck and trailer

• Home weekly for 34-hour resets

• Early morning dispatch to complete multiple deliveries daily
