CDL-A Truck Driver - Paid Mentor Training

Chattanooga is a trucking town, and Ringgold drivers sit right in the middle of this reefer fleet's hiring area. New CDL? You'll train with pay, then run steady miles with home time every two weeks.

Getting Started

• $650 a week during 4 to 6 weeks of mentor training
• $300 orientation pay, 2 days or less

Running Solo

• $1,000 a week guaranteed for the first 3 months
• About 2,100 miles a week
• Average weekly $1,200 - $1,500
• Monthly bonus when you hit the targets

The Freight

• Refrigerated loads across the Southeast and Midwest
• Live load and live unload

Home Time

• Every two weeks

What You Need

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, 120 hours CDL school minimum
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
• DD214 considered
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
