Have your Class A CDL but haven't started driving professionally? This paid OTR training opportunity gives qualified CDL school graduates the chance to develop practical driving skills, work with an experienced trainer, and prepare for independent driving.

Once training is successfully completed, you'll move into a solo position with competitive mileage pay, consistent freight opportunities, and company benefits.

Compensation & Career Growth

• Training compensation: $100 daily, up to $700 per week
• Average OTR earnings: $1,200–$1,400 gross weekly after training
• Initial solo rate: $0.54 per mile
• $0.60 per mile with 6 months of verified solo experience
• Training generally takes about 4 weeks
• W-2 employment with direct deposit every Friday

Equipment & Driving Opportunities

Drive company-assigned Kenworth T680 tractors equipped for comfortable long-distance operations.

• Automatic transmission
• Auxiliary power unit (APU)
• Power inverter and refrigerator
• No truck sharing or slip seating
• Refrigerated trailer operations
• All freight is no-touch
• Approximately half of loads are drop-and-hook
• Typical OTR mileage: 2,600–2,800 miles weekly

Home Time & Benefits

• Earn 1 day of home time for every 6 days on duty, up to 4 days

Who Qualifies?

• Minimum age: 21
• Current, valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from a CDL school offering at least 120 instructional hours within the previous 6 months
• No prior professional tractor-trailer experience necessary
• Ability to satisfy DOT and company qualification standards
• Availability for OTR operations and required driver training
